名トロンボーン奏者の”Rico Rodriguez”が1968年にリリースしたBig Cover Tune ! 
この曲はカヴァーで、元々はUSのR&Bデュオ“Sam & Dave”が1967年にリリース、大ヒットした曲です。 
原曲は、ミディアムテンポよりやや早めのSoulfulなR&B Vocal曲ですが、今回ご紹介する”Rico Rodriguez”のテイクは、原曲の雰囲気はそのままに、彼のトロンボーンが効いた踊れるインストにアレンジされています。

こちらの面もカヴァーで、元々はUK出身のシンガー”Tome Jones”が1965年にリリース、大ヒットした曲で、原曲は早めのPopなVocal曲ですが、今回ご紹介する”Rico Rodriguez”のテイクは、ミディアムよりもやや早めのインスト曲にアレンジされています。 
途中で入ってくるオルガンも良い感じです。

音の方は、全体的にジリ・プチパチあり、特に出だしの無音部分からイントロ部分で目立ちます。

レーベルに書き込み、センターにダメージ、レーベル右下にペンキっぽいのが付着してます。
